Versatile, lightweight winter sports jacket
The Women’s Insulated Powder Town Jacket from Patagonia really offers a great deal for those inclined to practice winter sports: the strong, durable H2No-Performance Standard 2-layer fabric made from 100% recycled polyester makes the jacket both water and windproof, but while also remaining breathable. This means that sweat can be wicked away from the body to outside the jacket, where it evaporates off, meaning the inside of the jacket stays warm and dry. However, the Thermogreen insulation, likewise made from 100% recycled polyester, provides warmth first and foremost. And it does this so well that Patagonia even installed ventilation zips underneath the arms, otherwise you might quickly overheat.
Good freedom of movement, adjustment options, practical details
Thanks to the articulated sleeves, the Women’s Insulated Powder Town Jacket offers good freedom of movement, which is reinforced by the normal fit. The helmet-compatible hood can also be adjusted to suit your requirements, and the hem can be adjusted using a drawstring. You can store important belongings in the two front pockets, the breast pocket, or one of the inside pockets with key clips, all of which are secured with a zip. In addition, there is another inside pocket for a pair of ski goggles, as well as an integrated RECCO reflector. Finally, you can combine the jacket with your choice of winter sports trousers from Patagonia, as part of a combined jacket/trousers system.
